Chris correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the whole purpose of having a VPN to provide a secure connection to your laptop when you’re moving around over public networks?
They’re in an urgent need of an update and I apologize that hasn’t been done yet. The current channel model of updates is unsustainable and my web dev and myself have been building a site to make this all easy to update and change. Will include a VPN chart with all data points, blog writeups of the article reviews so it can be updated their, self-scoring tools, best vpn for a user quiz, etc. TLDR: Nord has dropped a lot in score because of general sketchiness, but it’s still IMO not a terrible service, although it’s hard to justify using it over anything on this list nowadays.
Very helpful and easy to understand. To log into a vpn at the airport for example in Atlanta one has to first login to the public Wifi to even reach the vpn. Can someone hack an account before the vpn is entered. Between the vpn and the public WiFi?
